Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking details.

International Shipping & Customs
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Valenko is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Shipping Delays
While we work closely with trusted shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Valenko cannot guarantee address modifications once an order has been processed.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Include your order number and any relevant photos to help us resolve the issue promptly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Exchanges
